Stop worrying!

It was a pleasant day weatherwise (eventually) although the morning was dull. As soon as the sun came out I had to shut the blinds anyway!

It was a quiet day. I ordered a new nut holder from Amazon on Saturday and it arrived this morning. I need to replace the old one - as per yesterday's blip - as it has spikes sticking out at the bottom of the mesh where the squirrels have bitten through. I don't want a bird impaling themselves. I don't fancy stabbing myself either and getting a septic thumb which will then work up my arm which will then eventually fall off completely. I'd never be a concert violinist if that happened!

Doing handstands would be awkward too.

My resolution this week is to stop worrying. Sod it. It doesn't change a thing.

However......

Anyway, Julie from next door literally as I was writing this, just popped round to collect a package I took in earlier for her. She also said that they are having the fence on their side replaced at last! It's only been about ten years. I thought about requesting Colditz style barbed wire on top but decided to just smile politely through clenched teeth.
