Whale Bones Perhaps?

After a leisurely morning, Richard, Terry and I headed off for a beach adventure. Sunny blue skies and our knapsacks full of snacks and libations, we were prepared!!! We ended up at one of our favorites....Little River Beach. Richard choose to sit by the water and relax, while Terry and I went for a long walk. Walking on this beach can be very challenging....mostly all stones, boulders etc....not much in the way of sand. It was also very windy and noisy! But it was great! I spotted this large piece of 'something' and thought, that's not rocks...it's bone.....very large and quite amazing. It was very tricky trying to get a good angle, cos the tide was coming in....anyway, on our way back along the beach we could hardly see them with the tide more fully in!

Steak on the BBQ, mashed potatoes with garlic and the rest of the fiddleheads....mmmmm....and maybe a movie!
