Humanism

Tonight we went to the Swindon Arts centre to listen to Peter Tatchell talk on his journey from Christianity to Humanism. It was really good. Fascinating man, and so passionate about human rights and the fight to get equal rights for all.
When we first arrived Helen Lederer was signing books in the cafe. She had been giving a talk, prior to Peter Tatchell, on denial, desperation and chaos. She was signing copies of her new book 'Losing it'.
