I know, her again...but again I seem to have only taken one photo.

Jackson did very well heading off for his first day of SATs in fine form this morning. Was considerably more broken when I picked him up but a big rest and dinner and he has at least dropped off to sleep okay which is a good sign. The next two days are a little lighter and then the hardest day on Thursday. Hopefully our intensive resting strategy will get him through.

Meanwhile I am embracing properly part-time working for a couple of months and have done all manner of work and home things, including a couple of dog walks and ordering a roof box for the car. I know it's hardly the high-life but when I haven't felt like I've had time to focus on it for ages I find a certain satisfaction in household admin. And the lunchtime dog walks are really just a bonus in this weather.

Anna took it upon herself to do some baking after school creating a recipe of her own - Brilliant Bourbon Bake which is essentially cookie dough and crushed Bourbon biscuits covered with sprinkles.
