Chives

It has been a bit of a hectic day today one way and another. I took several photographs but then the battery ran out so that put a stop to things. Finally, I went out and took some cloud shots that were nice but I have settled on the chives. I have been eyeing them for several days. I am waiting for the irises to get themselves into full bloom so I can perhaps get some decent garden shots. Windy again today but dry and sunny for once. Flooding in Colorado and five dead in Texas and Arkansas from tornadoes. At the same time there were three feet of snow in parts of Wyoming. We have been very fortunate in Kansas to have been spared all this. LIfe goes on!
