Tree Paeonia

I seem to have been checking this tree paeonia for weeks now to see whether the buds have opened out into the beautiful clear lemon flowers they promise. They are almost there.
Bitterly cold wind again and a slight possibility of rural frost tonight so I refrained from planting and hardening off and just weeded. I also dug out another old hardy fuchsia and potted up five little hellebore seedlings rescued from the garden. Hopefully tomorrow I will start to fill up my lovely new cold frame which CH has just finished and formally handed over.
