Looking into the past

Based on an idea from Matthew, an alternative approach to my mix of the old and new photos of my home town. This is St Mary's Church and the bride is my mum. Second from the right is her sister, my Aunty Eileen, the only one of the 3 siblings still alive and kicking. I haven't seen aunty Eileen since my dad's funeral 4 years ago, but I'm visiting on Sunday and very much looking forward to a bit of reminiscing and the opportunity to share old family photos. Could be a rich source of future genealogy related blips :-)

Rachel's 30th birthday yesterday as mentioned in yesterday's blip. She was bumped into 2nd place as my choice of blip by Megan, but I've now added a photo from the birthday party as one of my extra pictures so she hasn't been totally left out. We had a children's party themed party, even playing pass the parcel which was a great laugh. Talk about being in denial about your age.
