another liner
Went for an early-ish meander to Hound Point. As I wandered along the front at SQ, the coaches and taxis were lining up, the pipers were warming up, the border controllers were flexing their passport-opening muscles, all ready for the influx of people about to be ferried ashore from the cruiser.
Apart from the birds singing, the squirrels rushing about, and the occasional stoat dashing across the path, there was only me and the bluebells as I took the track through the Dalmeny estate. The beaches were empty apart from the gulls and oyster catchers. I spent 10 minutes topping up my vitamin D levels before tottering home for coffee.
Probably better large.
