Beach outlook

Got to see the amazing Mel first thing today. I feel quite normal with my neck and shoulders now and wanted her to 'sign me off' in that regard.

She was shocked to see me with the brace and very graciously treated my knee too. Gave me some more knee exercises to do to help the healing and make sure the muscles stay active.

Jon was home early from school and met me in the Plaza to help with some shopping and carrying of bags. Just realised that I can't even do that at the moment! Grateful for his help.

Guess I'll be having a lot more indoor blips ... Or perhaps I should take a break from blipping till life gets exciting again :/
