Time warp?

Spent most of today preparing for a meeting next week with a friend of mine up in Scotland.  He has been photographing transport around the West Coast for 50 years and I've been cleaning up some of his negs and slides with a view to having some published in a book he's writing.

This is around 1960 in Tarbert, Argyll - a real snapshot in time!  The bus, boats, and cars are all long gone.  what a pity, there are some very rare machines there!

Some of these buildings may eventually appear in Port Appin, I surveyed those I'd like to build last summer.
