5 May 2015 - Beer in Berlin

A really long day started at 4am and finished in Berlin at 4pm!!!! 

Inbetween was a drive to Kate's house, a walk to the train station, a train journey to Birmingham International, a final call for our flight (we were the last ones on our plane!),  a quick flight to Berlin, a bus journey to Alexanderplatz and a final walk around Alexanderplatz with suitcases until we found our hotel, woohooo!!!

Managed to drag ourselves to the Reichstag in the hope of getting tickets only to be told to come back at 8am tomorrow morning (not going to bother!) and then we finally found a nice Italian to eat a giant pizza and enjoy a beer.  We always end up knackered after that first day of travelling and we were glad the day was done!
