Tandir Kebab

An Entertaining lunch in Istanbul, watching lunch being prepared at the table.
After being cooked in the clay pot in the flames, the meat and the vegetables are ready to be served. The pot is tapped sharply with a metal rod which severes at a groove in the base and poured into a serving dish.
My aim for my blip today was something different, this is certainly that!
