Jacket time

I think there is going to be a theme in today's Blips and that theme is? The rain. I knew I had to run at lunch so when I checked the forecast yesterday I was pleasantly surprised with the sudden turn in conditions. At 12.30, the satellite showed, a huge storm was going to be over North London - just at the time I'd be setting off for a 5 mile sprint session to get away from the intense job.

Well the satellite didn't get it wrong... perfect running conditions. Cool and very wet = conducive to quick split times. The rest of the company thought I was mad.

The one issue with running at lunch now is that by 16.00 I'm very tired but that's why strawberry laces were invented...
