Distressed

Today I read that The Dungeness Estate are to build a toll-booth and charge for entry. It receives about 600,000 visitors each year - I'm guessing that most are photographers. They've yet to decide the charges and exemptions but I'll be keeping my eye on this. Not because I have a problem with paying but because I imagine that there will be opposition from the pub and other businesses which rely on visitors.
