Ice Saints

The Ice Saints did not disappoint. Today 15 May St. Sophia ruled as expected.

It was already white outside when waking up and continued snowing and raining all day. Perfect weather to get some work done first before heading out mid afternoon. First to the end of the valley to Sertig Sand to savour a homemade blueberry pie (see extra photo) and then - high above the valley - on a small hiking trail all the way back to Clavadel for fresh white asparagus and a glas of Sancerre for dinner.

We were obviously the only ones out there today. The snow on the hiking trail and the small suspension bridge was untouched.

20K Fitbit steps and 100 floors logged in half a day deserves a relaxing evening. Weather should get better tomorrow.
