Please Walk Mindfully

Brown is the new green in this land of drought, and here is the best example I've seen of giving up a lawn. The wood-burned sign to the sign of this wonderful installation reads:

A labyrinth is a metaphor for a journey to the center of yourself and back out into the world with a broadened understanding…Welcome.

Please walk mindfully.

It's just in a regular suburban neighborhood, apparently there for anyone who chooses to stop by. I didn't have time to try it out because I was on my way to a watercolor journal class, but just knowing it's there made my day.
