Porty People and Places

I was walking home with my wife, minding my own business, when a young lady from Albania approached me with her camera asking me to take a sea side souvenir shot of them all. With their permission I was allowed to take a wee snap of my own too!

They are in Scotland to learn English for two months and are from Albania, Spain, Portugal, Italy and Croatia.  As you can see, they are all dressed for a Scottish summer seaside sojourn!

In my extra photos you can see how strong the wind was as it blew over the Church Cream Tea party sign on the High Street and the  Sponsored Beach Clean, complete with Sandbar was wishing they had been allocated a southern beach out of the teeth of the wild westerly wind that closed the Forth Road Bridge to highsided vehicles at one point this afternoon.
