Forties Fabulousness

A day trip to the Haworth 40's weekend where I met up with http://www.blipfoto.com/Beewriter Belinda, http://www.blipfoto.com/Chrissie1butter Chrissie and http://www.blipfoto.com/lovelupins17 Sonja. 
A photo opportunity at every turn. 
This young lady is my favourite shot of the day; she was an actress and was  a delight to photograph. Even before she told me what she did I guessed she was used to being in front of a camera. You may not recognise her though - her last part was playing a leper.

A long journey to Haworth which involved 4 changes of train but I got to ride on a steam train on the Keighley - Worth Valley railway too and a vintage bus!
