Finished....

This tulip has hung on for much longer than I'd have thought, and even as it  finishes it's blooming life, it still gives me pleasure to look at it! I think these are one of the few flowers that look good right up to the moment that the last  petal falls! 
I've gotten so much done today--probably because I finally got a good 10 hours of sleep last night & feel rested for a change! Texted back & forth with Jennie, as they've chosen the baby's middle name, got the house cleaned, the groceries bought, & made the invitations for her baby shower that will be the end of June. A good day! :))
