Jack - in - a - box

Well a slightly odd day all told. Firstly a sprint 5K followed by a quick dash around the shops then onto Nazing for what can only be described as an up hill climb.

5 of us started at the bottom of a 53m accent and for the next two hours walked up then down up then down up then down up then down up then down. We completed 12 sets of accents and descents. Why you ask? A jolly good question but it was all good training for our Yorkshire 3 peak challenge next week with 12 sets being equal to one of those peaks. Thankfully the views at the top of the hill were stunning looking over Epping Forest, Waltham Abbey, the reservoirs and then over Central London.

Tired legs now I must admit but all good fun
