Medusas

For the first time since I have lived here, jellyfish have made an appearance on our beach.

After an hour or so of sunning on the roof, we wandered down to the sea for a cool-off. 

No sooner had I got into the wonderfully refreshing water, that I saw several of the slimy devils floating menacingly right next to me.

Needless to say, neither of us stayed in a moment longer. We went to the pool for a dip instead.
