My scarecrow

Came across my little scarecrow today. It was a present from our good friends Gordon and Helen who did all the decorations for the charity barn dance on Saturday.They had twenty of these little figures posted around the barn so when it was over one was given to us. Every time I look at it that will remind us of that great night and the great amount of money we were able to give to the charity.

The builders were back today they are getting on very well and should be ready to start inside the house next Monday,when the back gardens finished we will find our little scarecrow friend a permanent spot in the garden.

Enjoying the queens jubilee concert tonight and thank goodness the weathers improved for them looking forward to Elton John and Madness. Hope you are all enjoying the holiday weekend:)
