A secret garden

Well not really secret.  Just fenced off.  A place that Buddy and I pass many times each week.  Today the flowers caught my eye.  Buddy though seemed to have not caught the beauty.  He was more interested in marking the fence.

Yesterday's pickles seemed to have gone well.  All the tops sealed.  The pickles and peppers seem to have retained their wholeness.  I just hope they are a little crunchy.  I love spiced up pickles.  The cukes get some heat.  The peppers get some sour.  They both get some garlic.  Is there such a thing as too much garlic????  If there is, I have not found that mark yet.
