Impressionable

I met up with my photography class friends this morning. I haven't seen them for 3 weeks because of our holiday so it was nice to see them. We have produced a calendar as a collaborative venture and we got a look at a mock up of it today - it looks very professional.
I seem to have missed the film noir theme - not much opportunity for that in sunny Suffolk, but discovered that the next theme is Impressionism, so when I got home I took some shots of some of the lovely irises currently in bloom by our pond, and taught myself a bit of jiggery-pokery with photoshop to get this effect.
