Ready, Steady Cook!

We are shortly going away with the family on a self catering holiday and they have put in their orders for their favourite Granny bakes! Chocolate Truffle Cake, shortbread and Dumbledore Cake should keep us going for a few days. Dumbledore Cake is properly called Date and Coconut Slice, but I first made it when the grandsons were quite small and at the "I don't like that, what is it?" stage and I changed the name to something more inviting, and it has been a favourite ever since!
