Past it's prime...

Recent rain and strong winds have tattered the tulips.  But even in this state, I thought it was beautiful!

It was up in the 78's (fahrenheit degrees) today.  I ran around in shorts and a short sleeved shirt as I got my errands etc. accomplished.  Then I stopped home to picked up Piper, with plans to take her to a local park for a walk.  I didn't  pay much attention to the temperature, as it was a quick stop, but I should have...  From the time I was in town to the time we got to the park, it must have dropped 20 degrees... I was very underdressed for our walk!!!  OH, it was chilly once you factored in the wind!
