Diamond Jubilee Street Party

It was a wonderful day! The sun shone (a miracle after yesterday's rain!), the live music was fab, all the children played beautifully all afternoon/evening and to crown it all, the kids tea party was a resounding success.

As you can see from this shot, all the kids enjoyed the food and the table looked absolutely wonderful. I felt quite moved watching this... so many people had put in so much effort to make it a success and it really did bring the whole neighbourhood together for the day. Truly a day to remember!
