Wide Wed at Mt Nemo ..

Gorgeous day for a short hike at Mt. Nemo.  There are some amazing lookouts over the horizons of Toronto.  The Bruce Trail can be challenging in some places but exercise will never hurt you.  If I had a dog it would have to be leashed as there are no barriers in many places on the trail.  A 200 foot drop would not likely go well.  I once visited the Gatineau Hills area and  my German Short-haired Pointer leaped out of the car and went straight for the edge.  My heart went into my throat and as I leaned over the 2 ft barrier ledge.  She had landed on all fours on another lower ledge about 8 ft down.  The rest of the way was at least 100 ft. drop.  A short path brought her back to us safely.
