Tea ceremony

After the visit to the Great WAll we experienced a Chinese tea ceremony. It was really interesting. The tea is the highest quality and they run a little hot water over the tea first to get rid of any bitter taste and then it is poured into tiny cups - no wonder she said the small bag would last a year!!
