Peking Kao Ya

Hmmm.... lovely ...Beijing roast duck really is the best. They bring the duck and the guy carves it right beside your table. You take pieces of duck and make a little wrap with spring onion and a lovely sauce.  We did fight over the head...urging each other to eat it :)
