Classic Edinburgh

It was bright and mostly sunny today, although a cold breeze was blowing I went into town but the breeze forced me to retreat to the pub fairly quickly ;-) I ended up going on a mini pub crawl, after a quick visit to "Milnes Bar" (a pub in the centre of town just off Princes Street on the corner of Rose Street & Hanover Street, but had never been in before!), it belongs to Taylor & Walker so not a bad bar fairly similar to their other bars in town. I then wandered along the road and decided to pub into "Cafe Royal" which I had not been in for ages (I usually go to the Guildford Arms next door) after that I wandered down the road to "Jerimiah's Taproom" thinking I'd grab something to eat but it was pretty busy and I could not get a seat at a table so I hopped on the bus back to Leith. I got off the bus earlier than my usual stop to check out the "Cask & Still", another pub I'd never been in before, it's quite a nice pub but a bit pricey for it's location (near the bottom of Leith Walk), I'd probably return if it was in a more convenient location. I finally wandered down for a final drink in "VDeep"  before getting home.
