Mince & Tatties

One of my favourite meals, I'd normally have it with peas but I didn't have any :-( I did mix it up a bit and used a wee splash of Seggie Porter and Whisky spirit into the mince :-) I also mixed in some parsley into the Tatties (more for the aesthetics).
