Quimper or Kemper

All towns have two spelling. I assume French and Breton. When you leave a town they have the town's name with a diagonal red line thru it. Useful!

The local beach is very expansive. Mostly kite surfers, a sand yacht (that had to be dragged home with a flat tire or wreaked wheel) and a sand parapente ie trolley with large parapente kite. A few walkers and about the same number of dogs.

I nearly got caught in between two lads throwing sand at each other amongst the large concrete remains down in the sea.
Each saw me as a protection as they knew they should not hit me at least I hoped so. Artistic grafetti on the concrete bunker mixed with seaweed.
