Underneath the Arches
I've seen my fellow blippers blip Leaderfoot Viaduct before. I have passed it a number of times, but we've been on our way somewhere, in a hurry usually, however on the way back today we had the time to stop and admire it rather than the passing glance.
There's actually 3 bridges here, the railway viaduct, the old road bridge in the attached "extra photo" and the new road bridge which is rather ugly.
We discussed whether we thought a man made object such as this enhanced the lovely view over the River Tweed and we thought yes. Ms H is keen to return and throw more of the flat white pebbles back into the Tweed, in fact every Sunday she asked. It is a nice place for a picnic so you never know...
