Sad Day

Today was a sad day for me, but it is a positive move for the Highland Hospice.

This lovely garden is going to be built on when the Hospice modernisation begins in a few weeks time.  The café, where I have volunteered for the past 5 years is being closed down at the end of the week and won't re-open for at least 18 months. I doubt whether I shall return, it never seems a good idea to go back in life. I shall find something else to take it's place.

I enjoyed my time there, the café was always a happy friendly place, the staff and the other volunteers were great, the food was good too! But it's time to move on.
