Books from my Childhood

These are two books I had when I was very young. They're not the exact same ones though, they're long gone.  I got Snow-White and Rose-Red from ebay a few years ago, & Wise Owl's Story was a recent gift from a blip friend, which was a very lovely thing for her to do.

I guess it's a sign I'm getting older, that I'm reminiscing & getting nostalgic about things from my childhood. Remembering when life was simpler,  and knowing that when things weren't going well that I could run to my mother & she would make everything alright.
I really miss my parents, especially my mum.

Boogle gets his stitches out next week, about the same day that I have my surgery. He's been doing well, and his fur is starting to grow back.
