We'd left home in Kamloops by noon, stopping for a quick shot of Kamloops Lake from the overlook. Lunch was in Cache Creek.  Had a quick look at the mess left there by flooding last weekend. It was like a river had flowed through the townsite leaving dirt and debris at the low points. They will be cleaning up for some time, I'm sure. Had to stop near Spences Bridge as rock scaling was in progress. Men suspended on the rocky cliffs are always interesting to watch. I'm glad it is not my occupation.We zoomed through the Fraser Canyon enjoying the beautiful day and the mountain views. Made a stop overnight in Langley to have dinner with my brother.
