Winged cactus
Only squeezed in one photo today, so this is a desperation blip. Noticed this (to me) rather unusual cactus when we stopped at our favourite store on the way up the hill. It sells all the desperately unhealthy foods we love to eat, like liver patê, cheese and sausages, so obviously it's a must stop.
The intention was just to hit a few shots on the practice ground, grab a bite to eat and then head home to the dogs. However, my two favourite crazy ladies trapped me into playing 14 holes, while HH hit a few balls and did a bit of putting, before propping up the bar with one of the husbands.
Back home to 'car walk' the dogs, then a Downton DVD in front of a log fire before turning in.
Not a bad day, considering.
