As you can see the Health and Safety regulations in Romania could be considered relaxed!

Apparently though, Bucharest has one of the fastest, if the not the fastest, Internet connection! Apparently that is what quite a lot of these cables are - fiberoptic! Philip and I often wondered why we couldn't get decent internet in our home in the UK - at the end of the day it comes down to cabling! It would have been very easy if all you had to do was fling the cables over existing posts in any which way you fancy!
