This was described as a pork chop!

The food is in the hotel is simple and plentiful! Meat or fish, cabbage, boiled potatoes! After night one when I was present with 2 WHOLE sides of ribs I opted for the fish! Philip would have loved all this simple meat - it was very tasty!
