I have not posted a waterfall for a while, so I thought it is time...We drove to a small town where M wanted to adopt a chicken, I read about it some time ago in one of the papers, that one can adopt a hen and then one gets 20 eggs a month. It sounded like a good deal to me, since I love eggs, and the amount you have to pay sounded as if it was less than what you would pay for 20 eggs a month.

M adopted a baby baboon a few years ago in South Africa, that one never gave us any eggs (!) and when we went to visit it after a year, the owner of the sanctuary said she released the baboons in the mountains,  since she could not afford to look after them any more.
