Bargain Hunters and Curry

Today was the annual Lions fleamarket. We collect goods all through the year for this event and the retired members work for 3 or 4 days preparing everything before the big day arrives. 
The sun shone all day which increases visitors and therefore income!  Good weather also adds to the fun and helps everyone to enjoy themselves as they try to bag a bargain.
This year we made around 140,000 kronor, slightly over £10,000. The money goes to cancer research.
I came home to an enjoyable dinner with friends, a sort of Jacob’s Join, with lots of different sorts of beer to quaff it down with.
