Leicester's Doughnut?

The white building, It could be Leicester's answer to BBC Televison Centre's Central courtyard known as "The Doughnut"? The blue tower behind once served as premises for BT many years ago, perhaps the echo of passed communications bounced onto this curved white wall of my mind.
