The country pile

Thought I'd take in some air after lunch and have a look at the old place. This is actually a Sue Ryder Care home next door to our office. In times past, the army used it as a base and way before that, Lord and Lady wotnot built a sunken path to divert the passing peasants (you and me) away from the estate and out of sight. You could almost imagine Captain Mainwaring and the old boys on the lawn at the Vicars tea-party - 'We're all doomed...!
