Scotish Art
We were up early, although not particularly bright, in order to do the second bird walk of the year (for the breeding bird survey). We've been doing it for years but this may be the last - I feel that I have counted more than enough feral pigeons and lesser black-backed gulls. We passed these very under-used looking doors, featuring Scotish spelling, in Dalmeny Street.
I had a day off so was able to spend it playing the banjo and figuring out unlikely chords. I also cooked a particularly delicious Indian meal - the main dish was shabdeg.
