Take Twenty Four

A walk along Calton Road today and the discovery of a film scene being shot.

Apparently it was something to do with Edinburgh Art College according to the cheesed off looking camera man. He didn't know too much about it he said as he was freelance and only following orders. They had three attempts at shooting the scene whilst I was watching so at that rate they may well have exceeded twenty four takes before wrapping it up for the day.

I'm not sure what's going on here between takes, but wardrobe seems to be playing at matadors with the central character in the scene. From what I could see this filming lark isn't as glamorous as you might think .
