The visit
A visit to Dundee today to have lunch with my old college flatmates and a visit to Robert's house to see what he and his partner have done with it since they moved in more than two years ago. He invited me outside to show off his rotunda, which turns out isn't a euphemism but a building in the garden he's turned into a studio. Very nice it is too.
As you'd expect with a couple of artists, the house is full of paintings and artworks. I can't afford any of them. The main image is him in his rotunda with one of his paintings in progress and the extras are a piece by his partrner and a shot of the Tay Rail bridge being battered by a high tide and a gale force wind.
I thought this was supposed to be summer?
