Tractor Tuesday

This week I have combined my Tractor Tuesday challenge with Walking Wombats Tiny Tuesday challenge. Hope she likes it!!

This is a 1:43 sacle model of the Ferguson FE-35 which was in production when the Massey- Harris and Ferguson companies merged into Massey Ferguson. The tractor began production in Grey and Gold paint with Furguson badging. The paint changed to red and grey in late 1957 but the Ferguson decals remained. At some stage between 1958 and 1960 the Ferguson name disappeared in favour of Massey Ferguson.

This is my absolute favourite tractor of Mr Tbay's collection. To me it is such a 'pretty 'little tractor.

Today had been an day of entertainment as I had 9 for lunch. It has also been rather a trying day too.

Firstly our dishwashed decided to pack up, and the contents had to be washed again plus quite a lot waiting to be put into it! Most things I touched seemed to have a life of their own including the large salmon I had poached for lunch which nearly made a belated bid for freedom just as I tried to get it out of the fish kettle and onto a large waiting plate. As I manouvered the said fish into place the slippery little sucker slid in the wrong directon. In order to prevent a potential disaster I moved hurridly only to hit my head with some force on the corner of the wall I was right next to!!  I cannot commit to paper what I said at that point! All was well in the end and the plated salmon look lovely giving away nothing of what so nearly happened!

Entertaining has been interspersed with emails and dealing with the ususal day to day happening here!

Mr Taby had to deliver the show Caravan for Farm Community Network first thing this morning. That took him 3 hours and the weather on the M way was not too pleasant either.

Farming - Two hauling compost plus Rusty headed off to mow grass for a customer. They will be off silaging again first thing in the morning.

I am off to water my green house but with the weather last night the pots certainly do not need any of that!

Happy Tractor Tuesday blippers!
