Tea Break Time......

Just weeded my front garden rose bed....
My back is aching......so now it's time for a sit-down and a nice cup of tea (and of course a tea cake)!!!!!!
And isn't it wonderful that I can sit outside today and enjoy it!!!!!
And that's my plan for this Summer....sit outside every opportunity I get.!!!
And thankfully life seems a little easier now that I am getting some more help in looking after my Mam......
It certainly means that I can get out in the garden and fresh air..(not to mention the good exercise )......a lot more and if I pace myself and take it easy I find it very relaxing....

And now there's a nose under my arm begging for some of my Teacake.......!!
