baling out

Another day …. another blip. After two years I seem to be running short of new views and inspiration, but intend to stick with my resolution which I’ve only broken a few times not to take the car out just for a photo to blip. Today’s shot was taken as I stopped off at Bowness on the drive to Kendal for some shopping. 

Every rowing boat has an empty catering size tin can. I can only assume it’s for the removal of water. Have gone mono as I hate the shade of brown that the bottom of the boats are painted. 

Thanks to everyone for the views, comments, stars and hearts on blip 730. It’s the first and probably last time I’ve been on the front page of the new ‘popular’.

Bale or bail ....... I wrote the former, the computer said it should be the latter so I checked the English dictionary which says both are correct.
